Job Summary
Cyclones Academy is part of the Northern Cyclones hockey organization based in Hudson, New Hampshire. Cyclones Academy is home to hockey teams ranging from the 14U to 18U age groups. The Northern Cyclones are looking for coaches for our Academy teams. This role includes a competitive salary (to be determined on experience) and benefits package.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and execute daily practices and game plans including but not limited to: team meeting and video sessions
Identify and recruit a full team of student athletes in and out of season
Collaborate with parents and other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive approach to player development.
Represent the Northern Cyclones Organization at all times by promoting players within the organization and performing duties as assigned by ownership
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of the sport of ice hockey with previous playing experience
Exceptional leadership skills and tireless work ethic
Strong communication skills with players, parents, and all Northern Cyclones staff
Assist players off-ice with academic studies
Willing to relocate to the Hudson, NH area
