About the role
Oak View Group is hiring part-time Changeover Crew at Liberty First Credit Union Arena in Ralston, Nebraska, near Omaha. The arena is home to the Omaha Lancers of the USHL and also hosts concerts, family shows, and football.
The crew sets up and tears down the building between events, following the setup plan for each one. That means moving stage, risers, seating, tables, and flooring, and helping other departments when they need it.
Most of the work is overnight conversions, and hours can be long and irregular, with nights, weekends, and holidays. The job is physical: lifting, carrying, working at heights, and walking the building all shift. You may also drive light trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, boom lifts, or scrubbing machines.
Pay is $18 to $20 an hour, and part-time staff get a 401(k) plan with matching. The posting stays open until February 5, 2027.
