About the role

The Florida Panthers are hiring broadcast-savvy crew members to work control room positions during home games and special events at Amerant Bank Arena.

Crew members are trained and scheduled across one or more control room roles, setting up, operating, and breaking down assigned audio, video, camera, or lighting equipment for each event. The work is live, so content and timing decisions happen in real time and you troubleshoot technical problems on the fly without breaking show continuity.

Constant intercom communication with the rest of the game night staff is part of the job, as is following run-of-show documentation and direction from the production leads.

The role reports to the VP, Game Entertainment and Operations and is part-time, built around the home schedule. It is a practical way into live sports production for someone with control room aptitude. No pay range is stated.
