About the role

The San Diego Gulls, the Anaheim Ducks' AHL affiliate, are hiring a Manager of Ticket Operations to run every part of the club's ticketing. The role covers season tickets, group and single-game sales, premium seating and suites, across the regular season and any pre or postseason games.

Day to day you are the main administrator of the club's AXS Back Office platform, building events, setting up pricing structures, and managing the seating manifest. On game nights you direct box office and access control at Pechanga Arena, working alongside the arena's own ticket operations staff so fans get in smoothly.

The job also has a clear numbers side. You work with sales, marketing, finance, and business intelligence on pricing and ticket offers, handle the reporting and audits the AHL requires, manage inventory across primary and resale markets, reconcile sales daily, and report on attendance and revenue to senior leadership.

The position reports to the Senior Director, Ticket Sales and Operations and is on site in San Diego, with nights, weekends, and holidays part of the schedule. The posted base salary range is $73,000 to $80,000 a year.
