Premium Manager

Oak View Group is hiring a full-time Premium Manager at Mullett Arena in Tempe, the 5,000-seat home of Arizona State hockey on the ASU campus. OVG runs food and beverage at the arena, and this manager looks after catering, the 22 suites, and the club spaces, with support for the concession managers when needed.

On event days you lead the hourly premium staff, check product quality and guest service, keep alcohol service within policy, and fix point of sale problems on the hardware or software side. Between events you build staff schedules, verify hours, open and balance the vault, and train and mentor the team.

The manager has full hiring and discipline authority for the premium staff, from hiring and promotion to performance issues and termination.

The job is based at Mullett Arena, with added duties at Salt River Fields and Hohokam Stadium in the East Valley. The busy season runs October through April. In the off season the role includes part-time travel to other OVG venues for premieres and special events. Pay is $63,000 to $69,000 a year with health, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, and paid time off. The posting stays up until December 31, 2026.

• Run catering, suite, and club service at Mullett Arena events
