About the role

The LA Kings, owned by AEG, are hiring a Ticket Inventory Coordinator at their El Segundo offices. The role manages how Kings tickets are held, allocated, and handed out across sponsors, community groups, and outside distribution platforms, working under the Manager, Ticket Strategy.

Day to day you look after ticket allotments for internal sponsors, including playoff tickets, and make sure each contract's ticket terms are carried out. You use AXS Back Office and partner platforms such as Fevo to place inventory across single-game, group, and season products, and you hold back enough seats for individual game sales.

For every home game you build the reports: audits, distribution lists, and the figures behind game-day settlements. You also reply to donation requests, reach out to community organisations, and work with the group sales team to sign up new distribution partners who bring new fans to the building.

The Kings ask for a high school diploma (a degree is preferred), two to four years of related work, and at least a year on ticketing software, ideally AXS. Expect evenings, weekends, and holidays. The posted pay is $21.27 to $26 an hour, with medical, dental, and vision cover, paid time off, and a 401k match. The role is on site and the Kings do not sponsor work visas for it.
