Account Manager, Customer Service

Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation, the group that owns the Calgary Flames, is hiring an Account Manager for its customer service team. The person in this job looks after season ticket members and anyone who contacts the ticket office with a question or a problem.

Most days are spent answering customer emails and calls. The team aims to resolve every question or complaint within 24 business hours. You will also have a group of season ticket members of your own, and you keep in touch with them by phone, at member events, and in person at games.

The role leads the yearly season ticket renewal campaign and tracks every contact with members in the CRM. It also collects outstanding balances on member accounts, sells season tickets, game packs, group and single tickets, and gives tours of the Scotiabank Saddledome and McMahon Stadium when asked.

You will work a set number of home games outside office hours and look after the ticket office on those nights. Reception cover is part of the job when needed. The posting closes at 3:00pm on Monday, November 2, 2026, so apply soon.

• Keep in regular contact with an assigned group of season ticket members by phone, at games, and at member events
• Lead the annual season ticket member renewal campaign
• Record every member contact and keep client profiles current in the CRM
• Run the ticket office during a set number of home games each season
• Collect outstanding balances on season ticket accounts
• Sell season tickets, game packs, group tickets, and single game tickets for events at the Saddledome and McMahon Stadium

• At least one to two years of customer service experience
• A good telephone manner and clear written and spoken communication
• Able to handle several tasks at once and meet deadlines under pressure
• Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
• A post-secondary degree and strong Microsoft Office skills are an asset
