About the role
Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, owner of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Marlies, is hiring an account manager for its Premium Suites team on a one-year contract. The team looks after the people and companies who hold suites and club seats at MLSE venues, including Scotiabank Arena.
You take on your own book of suite holders and are measured on keeping them. That means hitting renewal targets during the yearly retention campaign, planning in-person visits suited to each client's club space, and staying in touch through email, phone calls, and meetings. You also keep the financial records for your accounts balanced and up to date.
The job includes game day duties, suite holder gift campaigns, and events inside and outside the venue, and you work with the wider ticketing team on department goals and special projects. Evenings, weekends, and holidays are part of the schedule.
The posted base pay is $65,000 to $70,000 a year, with medical benefits and vacation for the length of the contract. Applications close on Sunday, November 8, 2026 at 11:59 pm.
