About the role
The LA Kings are hiring a part-time Ticket Operations Associate to support the day-to-day running of ticket operations.
The work is clerical, administrative, and operational: building proficiency in the ticketing systems, following established procedures, and keeping processing accurate. You assist with game day operations for home games and special events, help prepare financial reconciliation reports and chargeback disputes, and validate pricing, offers, and events inside the ticketing system.
The posting also asks you to keep suggesting efficiencies across sales, service, and ticket operations, and to maintain relationships with other departments, fans, partners, venue staff, and executives.
Hours run across regular office hours and event hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $19.00 an hour. It is a sensible entry point into the business side of an NHL club.
