About the role

Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation, owner of the Calgary Flames, is hiring a full-time Ticketing Operations Specialist. The role builds and runs ticketed events for all four of the group's hockey and lacrosse teams: the Flames (NHL), Wranglers (AHL), Hitmen (WHL), and Roughnecks (NLL).

Most of the job is in the ticketing system. You build events, keep ticket inventory accurate across every game, set up season ticket renewal programs and game packs, and look after the online account manager where fans handle their packages, payment plans, and mobile wallets. You also process monthly season ticket and game pack payment plans and file game reports.

You are the ticketing contact for other departments, vendors, and accounting, including game day and season ticket receivables. You answer customer questions, fix ticketing problems inside and outside the office, help with renewal campaigns and subscriber emails, help connect the ticketing system to the CRM, and help train the Calgary Stampeders ticket staff.

The job needs evenings and weekends as the ticket operations representative at events. The posting stays open until 3:00 pm on Friday, November 13, 2026.
