About the role

Monumental Sports & Entertainment, owner of the Washington Capitals, is hiring an Associate Producer for Monumental Sports Network, the company's regional sports channel. The role supports the production team in planning and putting together daily programming, including pregame and postgame shows, alternate game broadcasts, and live or taped specials.

In the control room you help the show producer build rundowns, time segments, make graphics, pick soundbites, log game highlights, and design telestration plays. Before shows you sit in on planning meetings, pitch segment ideas, and research stats and storylines.
