Retail Manager

The Florida Panthers are hiring a Retail Manager to run the team shop at the Panthers IceDen in Coral Springs, a high-volume store inside the club's community rink.

You are responsible for the whole store. It covers daily store operations, the entire merchandise lifecycle from buying and vendor relationships through product selection and inventory planning, budgets and financial performance, and recruiting and developing the retail team.

Because the store sits inside a working rink, the posting prefers hockey and figure skating equipment expertise, including fitting. Visual merchandising, loss prevention, cash handling, and inventory accuracy are all part of the remit, and the role travels between the IceDen, War Memorial, and Amerant Bank Arena as needed.

It reports to the Retail Director. The posting asks for seven or more years of retail experience including store management and buying, with three or more in a leadership role in sports or entertainment retail. No pay range is stated.
